Benham Service & Civic Engagement Fund

This fund was established by Jerry and Jan Benham to support the Grand Rapids Community College’s Food Pantry and other student led service and civic engagement initiatives. Awards will be made for the following:

1. To provide financial assistance to GRCC’s Food Pantry
2. To award GRCC student(s) who are actively involved in GRCC’s food pantry and oversee all aspects of the food pantry.
3. To provide an annual award to a GRCC student who has shown leadership in service and civic engagement to be presented at the annual Student Leadership Awards Ceremony.

1. To provide financial assistance to GRCC ’s Food Pantry.
2. To recognize GRCC students who have participated in service learning activities.
3. To provide financial assistance to college sponsored service learning groups.
4. To provide an annual award to a GRCC student to be presented at the Student Activities banquet.
