Bradley Swartz Culinary Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Bradley’s parents in his memory and honors his passion for culinary arts and his commitment to bringing people together through food. A graduate of Grand Rapids Community College’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education program, Bradley dedicated his career to the catering industry, where he expressed creativity, care and craftsmanship in every meal he prepared. Scholarships will be awarded to students pursuing a degree in culinary education, with preference given to students who demonstrate perseverance, resilience and a commitment to personal growth in the face of life’s challenges. If no applicants meet these criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to other deserving students pursuing a degree in culinary education.
