Phyllis Fratzke Child Development Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Phyllis Fratzke. Fratzke was the founder of the Child Development program while serving as a professor in 1972. Two years later, she founded the GRCC Preschool which gives students an opportunity to take classroom lessons and apply it to real-life experiences working with children. Awards will be made to students pursing a degree in Early Childhood Education or with a child/children enrolled at the GRCC Laboratory Preschool.
