The Clara J. Foster Scholarship

Clara J. Foster established the Foster Foundation in 1922. Mrs. Foster created this foundation in memory of her late husband, Frank Foster and his family. The Clara J. Foster Scholarship will be awarded to GRCC in-district students with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA and preference will be given to students with financial need. The scholarship is renewable.
