The Gertrude G. Croom Excellence in Education Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Gertrude Grant Croom, a now retired but long time Social Science faculty member at Grand Rapids Community College. Scholarships will be awarded to full and part time, underrepresented students who want to pursue a degree in the field of Elementary or Secondary Education. Students must have graduated from Grand Rapids Public School or Kentwood Public School and have a GRCC GPA of 2.3 or better. Students must have Financial Need.
