The Patricia Rae Murphy Medical Radiology Technician Scholarship

This fund was established by Marian Murphy in memory of her daughter Patricia Rae Murphy. Patricia had graduated from the Radiologic Technology program at Grand Rapids Community College in 1975. One scholarship at $3,500 will be awarded to students with preference to be given to graduates of high schools in the city of Holland, Zeeland or Ottawa county and who are in the Medical Radiology Technician program at GRCC. If there are no students meeting these preferences then the scholarship may be awarded to a nursing student who graduated from a west Michigan high school with the same preference for Holland, Zeeland, or Ottawa county. Students must have financial need and preference shall be given to a full-time student. This scholarship is renewable.
