Don Edwards Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is established in memory of Don Edwards. Don Edwards was a lifetime public school educator, official, athlete and mentor enshrined in the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame. This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time freshman GRCC student athlete. Preference will be given to a Grand Rapids Public School graduate. If no GRPS graduate is a GRCC student athlete, then scholarships will be awarded to other deserving GRCC student athletes. Scholarships will be given to students majoring in a program plan of their choice and they must have financial need. Scholarship is renewable in sophomore year if criteria is met and recipient is still a GRCC student athlete.
