Vanden Bos Family Endowed Scholarship

Full- or part-time second-year student majoring in Applied Technology (HVAC, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance), Mechanical Drafting, or Manufacturing (Tooling & Manufacturing, Plastics, Quality Science, and Welding).
Minimum g.p.a. is 2.0 (at time of application).
Preference to students is a high school graduate from a Grand Rapids Public School, or from a high school within West Michigan.
Preference to a student that plans to attend Ferris State University upon leaving GRCC.
Preference to students who demonstrate financial need.
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and/or mechanical aptitude as demonstrated through work and/or hobbies.
The scholarship is renewable given the student demonstrates satisfactory academic progress as determined by the GRCC Financial Aid Office.
The scholarship will be pro-rated based upon enrollment. Full-time enrollment is 12.0 credits.
The scholarship funding is a maximum of $1,500.00 per semester (fall and winter)."
