Larry and Paula Murphy

Larry and Paula Murphy are advocates for education and social justice and as such, one $500 scholarship is to be awarded to two GRCC students for their first semester with demonstrated financial need as determined by the student’s FAFSA. To qualify for a renewal of this scholarship, each student must maintain a minimum of 2.5 GPA. If the student awarded the initial scholarship achieves a 3.0 GPA or higher in their first semester under scholarship, the scholarship amount will increase to $750 in the subsequent semester. The total scholarship for each student will not exceed 2 semesters.
