Wege Environmental Scholarship

This award will be made to GRCC student majoring in some phase of environmental science who has demonstrated intent to pursue a career in that field. The award will be based on grade point average, and is renewable based on the satisfactory progress of the student. First preference will be given to students in environmental studies. After all environmental studies students have been considered, then 2nd preference will be awarded to students who are other science majors, such as Biological Science and/or Physical Sciences. While academic scholarships are the priority, if funding exists, funds may be used to support innovative environmentally related learning experiences for students and staff.
