Mary Scanlan Piano Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the Music Department Faculty at Grand Rapids Community College, in honor of retiring music faculty member Mary Scanlan. This scholarship is for piano majors or minors as stipulated by the music faculty. Students must have successfully completed at least one semester of Music Theory 113, have a 3.0 GPA and participate in one of the music department major ensembles. Scholarships will be awarded based on scholarship auditions which are held in the fall/spring of each year, and awards will be renewable as long as the student maintains full-time enrollment status and a 3.0 GPA.
